No, a hotel shuttle is not offered.
Uber/Lyft drop off and pick up outside of Oakland Airport are at Curb 3C outside of Arrivals
BART nearest to the hotel is located around the corner by 14th street, exit is 12th street BART station
Monday - afternoon break.

Yes. If you plan on connecting to CAEP Summit 24’ online, you will need to download and ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the Zoom video collaboration software, located at https://zoom.us/download External Link Icon opens in new window or tab
You will also need internet access to login to the conference website, that connects both in-person and online participants, located at https://summit.caladulted.org/Conference, is required.
Please have your CAEP Summit 24’ login information available (and email us at TAP@caladulted.org if you are having trouble logging into the website).
Yes. For online participants, technical support is provided. Simply click on “Live Help” in the top banner and join the live help desk for assistance. (You will need your CAEP Summit 24’ login information to join the help desk.)
For in-person participants, please come to the registration area for assistance.
After signing in to the CAEP Summit 24’ site, select the Schedule and browse the titles. After selecting a title, the Zoom meeting link for online participants will be listed with its presentation description.
(Note that the Zoom link for a session will not be live until 10 minutes before the official start of the session.)
No, sessions will not be recorded.
