The CAEP Summit 2023 is ideal for the teachers, coordinators, administrators and support staff in the network of California adult education providers under the California Adult Education Program.
Yes. After signing in to the Summit site, go to the Conference Schedule page. Select the star icon () to save a presentation for easy access under MyCAEP Summit.
Yes. Each presenter will have their own set of resources. You can access their resources by clicking on the following link.

Please note: If there are no resources listed, it means the presenter has chosen not to share their resources.

Yes. Depending on the nature of the presentation, an attendee can either: a.) Contact the presenter directly if contact information was shared. b.) Continue the conversation during the Networking Social.
Before the session ends, the Room Host will provide QR code and/or paper copy of the evaluation. You can also return to the session on the Schedule.External Link Icon opens in new window or tab
CAEP TAP will host trainings to support presenters in preparing to present at the CAEP Summit 2023. Details are forthecoming.
No, CAEP TAP is not issuing certificates of attendance for the CAEP Summit 2023.
Attendees will earn tickets by completing the exhibitor passport, session evaluations and the overall Summit evaluation.
We will release the outline of the schedule August 15th for attendees to plan travel accomodations. The detailed schedule will be released by October 2, 2023. You will be able to view the schedule via the Summit Platform and add to your personalized scheduled.
The program strands are: Equity, Leadership, Learner Transition, Marketing, Program Development / Curriculum, Program Evalution, and Technology & Distance Learning.
We will offer 60 minute and 90 minute sessions with lunch and tranistion times built into the schedule.
The summit provides breakout sessions and will not offer labs.
We will not record the Keynote, Welcome, or breakout sessions for this in person experience.

No, an airport shuttle is not available.
The Summit will host breakfast each day, lunch on Tuesday, and a networking event Wednesday evening.
Negotiated conference parking prices are: Overnight Self - $35.00, Day Self - $16.00, Overnight Valet - $48.00, Day Valet - $24.00

Universal Studios City Walk is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It is full of places to eat and things to do.
The hotel offers a discount for tickets purchased. Please visit their Universal Studios Ticket External Link Icon opens in new window or tab page to receive the discount. **Please note that Halloween Horror Nights will be in effect andW with the recent opening of Nintendo World, advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended. The park is expected to presell out daily.**
The hotel offers a shuttle to Universal Studios every 15 minutes. The hours of operation for the shuttle are available one week prior to your visit. Please check with the hotel during check in for those hours.
