The tools consist of a quarterly fiscal report, a facilities and equipment review, and an annual member self-assessment that ties to the three-year plan. This presentation and panel will showcase how the Economic Development Collaborative partnered with the Ventura County Adult Education Consortium to develop and deliver a bilingual short-format Computer Basics course to over 500 people in under 2 years. Attendees will learn to build regional digital skills partnerships, align curriculum across consortia, utilize the FREE Computer Basics replication toolkit, and overcome implementation challenges.

This session explores collaborative strategies for promoting completion, transitions, and livable wages among California's adult learners through CAEP partnerships.
