Developing Member Effectiveness Assessment Tools: A hands-on workshop using practices from the South Orange County Regional Consortium (SOCRC)

The tools consist of a quarterly fiscal report, a facilities and equipment review, and an annual member self-assessment that ties to the three-year plan. k12 Adult School Leverages Community College partnership to expand classes and increase payment points .

Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.
