Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.

The SOCRC ELL Healthcare Pathway team will share how they put together a comprehensive plan to recruit students, train instructors, develop a support team and implement five distinct ELL integrated health care career programs in less than one semester. OTAN’s Rural Coaching Project provides free specialized coaching and extended technical support to adult education agencies in sparsely populated areas of the state. Working with educators and aligning support with agency goals, OTAN can provide customized guidance on a number of technology integration topics.
