This workshop will provide an update on how many CAEP regional consortia have exceeded the 20% threshold in Year 1, and how many members have exceeded their consortium-determined threshold for Year 1. This proposal showcases the collaborative efforts between the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and the San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE) in fostering inter-agency transitions. Victor Valley College is growing in admissions and our classes are offered at three different locations. Our counselors are also located on the opposite side of campus. Because of our wide reach, we sometimes have a challenge knowing the phase in which the student may be in. Also, the ESL CTE program is getting developed. In this presentation we describe the wins and challenges of partnering with Adult Schools and transitioning adult students into college adult ed & collegiate level programs.
