This proposal showcases the collaborative efforts between the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and the San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE) in fostering inter-agency transitions. The presentation focuses on the development and utilization of data dashboards to track inter-agency transitions from the SDUSD Adult High School Diploma Program to SDCCE noncredit college programs.

This presentation explores the collaborative efforts of the Rio Hondo Region Adult Education Consortium in organizing "Job-Alike" events. By sharing best practices, challenges, and innovative strategies, participants enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to improved outcomes in adult education.

Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.
