The collaborative Laney College and LFCD Career Readiness Bridge Program is a non-credit, eight-week, four-day per week, six-hour per day program that provides a holistic approach to promoting students’ growth and well-being. This program helps to bridge the gap between essential skills training and real-world employment opportunities.

Because of our wide reach, we sometimes have a challenge knowing the phase in which the student may be in. Also, the ESL CTE program is getting developed.
