Additionally, we'll explore tools for enhancing and expanding IET programs.

Developing Member Effectiveness Assessment Tools: A hands-on workshop using practices from the South Orange County Regional Consortium (SOCRC)

The tools consist of a quarterly fiscal report, a facilities and equipment review, and an annual member self-assessment that ties to the three-year plan. The SOCRC team will lead you through several activities to get you started on the development of your own tools to meet the needs of your agencies.
