                                    Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.

                                    Creating Powerful Workforce Development Partnerships and Increasing WIOA Title I Funds for Your Agency

                                    California Ed Code 84906 requires members of CAEP consortia to create a Three-Year Plan and Annual Plan in order to receive CAEP funds and these plans should align with regional plans created by workforce development agencies pursuant to the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. This presentation will give clear, actionable items to foster powerful partnerships with WIOA  workforce development agencies and increase Title I funding for your member schools.

Each year, OTAN recognizes adult learners nominated by adult educators and staff across California.  We look forward to celebrating these two with this prestigious award.
