The struggle is real! Student retention is one of the most critical challenges in adult education. When attendance is down, student progress slows, and educator frustration grows. In this session, we will explore the problem but, more importantly, seek practical solutions. This proposal showcases the collaborative efforts between the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and the San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE) in fostering inter-agency transitions. The presentation focuses on the development and utilization of data dashboards to track inter-agency transitions from the SDUSD Adult High School Diploma Program to SDCCE noncredit college programs.
