Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.

Supporting new CTE instructors is crucial for their success and the success of their students. California Ed Code 84906 requires members of CAEP consortia to create a Three-Year Plan and Annual Plan in order to receive CAEP funds and these plans should align with regional plans created by workforce development agencies pursuant to the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. This presentation will give clear, actionable items to foster powerful partnerships with WIOA workforce development agencies and increase Title I funding for your member schools.
