Bridging Futures from Adult School to Delta College for English Language Learners

This presentation at the CAEP Summit will focus on ESL 82 – Intermediate College ESL Reading/Writing I, a course designed to equip ELL adult learners with essential academic skills. Participants will be introduced to Delta College’s ESL 82 with contextualized pathways, degrees, majors, and transfer opportunities, showcasing how these can be leveraged to enhance students' academic and career prospects.

IET MODELS IN ENTRY-LEVEL HEALTHCARE CAREERS

Integrated Education and Training (IET) models are an important program offering that meets the needs of diverse learners. This session will provide an overview of models with a focus on entry level healthcare careers, specifically Pharmacy Technician, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, Certified Medical Administration Assistant, and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant as the fastest growing career pathways in the country.

If you're tired of having to click each link from a search, Perplexity.AI is for you.
