The SOCRC ELL Healthcare Pathway team will share how they put together a comprehensive plan to recruit students, train instructors, develop a support team and implement five distinct ELL integrated health care career programs in less than one semester. They will discuss how they were able to work across agencies to support students and instructors throughout the first cohort term and resolve issues as a team. The presentation will culminate with the regional celebration of student success.

OTAN’s Rural Coaching Project provides free specialized coaching and extended technical support to adult education agencies in sparsely populated areas of the state.
