k12 Adult School Leverages Community College partnership to expand classes and increase payment points .

Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.

College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS) Integrated Reading Lesson Plan Template

Welcoming English Language Learners into Healthcare Occupations: How South Orange County Regional Consortium designed and implemented five comprehensive integrated ELL Healthcare Pathway programs with over 90 percent completion rate in one semester

The SOCRC ELL Healthcare Pathway team will share how they put together a comprehensive plan to recruit students, train instructors, develop a support team and implement five distinct ELL integrated health care career programs in less than one semester. The presentation will culminate with the regional celebration of student success.

The DARTE program is a pioneering initiative designed to leverage this opportunity, creating equitable pathways for adults.
