Participants will be introduced to Delta College’s ESL 82 with contextualized pathways, degrees, majors, and transfer opportunities, showcasing how these can be leveraged to enhance students' academic and career prospects.

This proposal showcases the collaborative efforts between the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and the San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE) in fostering inter-agency transitions. The presentation focuses on the development and utilization of data dashboards to track inter-agency transitions from the SDUSD Adult High School Diploma Program to SDCCE noncredit college programs.
