Addressing AB 1491 with Consortium Bylaws: A hands-on workshop to develop and update bylaws using methods from SOCRC to create systemic policy that defines member effectiveness, supports fiscal responsibility and guides consortium governance

Join members of the South Orange County Regional Consortium as they describe how the consortium developed policies to address new CAEP legislation under AB 1491. The SOCRC team will lead you through activities that will guide you in the development of new or updated bylaws for your consortium.
