The SOCRC team will lead you through activities that will guide you in the development of new or updated bylaws for your consortium. Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.
