Apple Valley Adult School in Collaboration with Victor Valley College has increased enrollments and outcomes for both institutions. We took a look at students' needs and were able to increase ESL and CTE programs for our students. Facilities use agreements and data sharing have helped both programs to grow and build capacity.

California Ed Code 84906 requires members of CAEP consortia to create a Three-Year Plan and Annual Plan in order to receive CAEP funds and these plans should align with regional plans created by workforce development agencies pursuant to the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
