This workshop will provide an update on how many CAEP regional consortia have exceeded the 20% threshold in Year 1, and how many members have exceeded their consortium-determined threshold for Year 1. This proposal showcases the collaborative efforts between the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) and the San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE) in fostering inter-agency transitions.
