Explore how top performing agencies address performance improvement, and implement effective ways to exceed performance goals. This session presents a data based focus to address agency and consortium level issues, and features panelists who have successfully applied this approach in different ways to improve performance.

Participants will learn how to support students who need alternative pathways to graduation using the California High School Proficiency and Equivalency Programs as an option. We'll provide population data to identify eligible students and cover testing delivery methods. You'll also get access to resources to assist students in these pathways.
