The SOCRC ELL Healthcare Pathway team will share how they put together a comprehensive plan to recruit students, train instructors, develop a support team and implement five distinct ELL integrated health care career programs in less than one semester. They will discuss how they were able to work across agencies to support students and instructors throughout the first cohort term and resolve issues as a team. The presentation will culminate with the regional celebration of student success.

This presentation will explore the transformative impact of SB554 and the DARTE (Directing Adults onto the Right TrAC for Employment) Learning Community at San Joaquin Delta College. SB554 provides a legislative framework allowing adult school students to concurrently enroll in community college courses, thereby accelerating their educational and career trajectories. The DARTE program is a pioneering initiative designed to leverage this opportunity, creating equitable pathways for adults.

OTAN’s Rural Coaching Project provides free specialized coaching and extended technical support to adult education agencies in sparsely populated areas of the state. Working with educators and aligning support with agency goals, OTAN can provide customized guidance on a number of technology integration topics.
